Song Be Golf Resort

Song Be Golf Resort holds the prestigious distinction of being Vietnam's first International Championship Golf Course, officially opened in 1994. Designed by Barry Humphrey of International Golf Construction Co., the resort features a 27-hole layout with three distinct nine-hole courses: the Lotus Course, Palm Course, and Desert Course. Each course offers unique challenges with numerous water hazards, mature tropical trees, and large undulating greens that create a truly memorable golfing experience.

The name 'Song Be' translates to 'little river,' a tributary of the Mekong, and water features prominently throughout the design. The Desert Course, with its longer and narrower fairways, was voted the most unique golf course design in 2011. The Lotus Course features beautiful lotus ponds and lakes providing an attractive backdrop for this challenging course, while the Palm Course blends harmoniously with its surroundings through mature tree-lined fairways. Playing from the blue tees of any 3-hole combination measures over 7,000 yards, presenting a formidable challenge.

Located approximately 18 km north of Ho Chi Minh City and 4 km north of Lai Thieu, Song Be Golf Resort offers a fully equipped clubhouse with excellent forest and dune views. The resort provides high-standard accommodation, an on-site swimming pool, massage and sauna services, two restaurants, and comprehensive practice facilities. As Vietnam's pioneering international championship course built to USGA and Singapore Golf Association standards, Song Be remains one of the most challenging and historic layouts in the country.
